Lieutenant A.K. Waters, a battle-hardened Navy SEAL, and his elite team of tactical specialists are sent on a mission to extract a Doctors Without Borders physician from war-torn Nigeria, where the government has collapsed and the country is under the control of a ruthless military dictator. Initially a routine operation, the mission soon forces Waters and his squad to confront a moral dilemma: obey orders and leave behind a group of innocent refugees, or defy their orders to protect them. As the situation becomes increasingly dire, Waters must choose between loyalty to his country and his duty to protect those in need—leading him to defy orders and risk everything to save lives.
